About me:
I'm a professor from the English Department at the Amazonas State University, currently finishing a master's degree in Special Education at the Federal University of São Carlos. I have received a graduate certificate in Applied Behavior Analysis to Autism, Delays in Intellectual Development and Language from the LAHMIEI Institute of the Federal University of São Carlos, a graduate certificate in Active Learning and Teaching Practice from the Brazilian Training University, and a bachelor’s degree in Translation and Interpreting from the Methodist University of Piracicaba. My professional experience includes teaching courses at the English Institute of the Federal University of Pará, supervising the International Office of the Methodist University of Piracicaba, coordinating the English Language Teaching and Translation Center of the Methodist University of Piracicaba, teaching English, Spanish, and Portuguese to non-native speakers, and mediating the learning of a student with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
In 2018 I presented UNIMEP and the Brazilian higher education system at the Fourth International Conference on Intellectual Economy at Zhytomyr National Agroecological University in Ukraine.
In 2020, I taught the course Fala Brasil: Portuguese for foreigners in the Eurosci Network.
