Aims and scope:
Project Management Essentials is aimed at senior undergraduate students of business, science and engineering. The objectives of the course are to introduce students into the concept of a project-oriented economy, make them aware of the different aspects of project management (according to the views of the international professional bodies of PM), explore the applications and the importance of project management in the new economy and provide them with skills and knowledge on relevant tools and methodologies.
