Ana de la Peña is a lawyer specialized in international business law, with extensive experience in real estate and property law, international trade law, and data protection law. She holds a degree in law from Universidade da Coruña, a master’s in international and European law from the Catholic University of Louvain, and a master’s in data protection from Universidade de Santiago de Compostela. She was also a trainee at the European Parliament in Luxembourg. She started her career as a lawyer at Antonio Viñal & Co. Abogados in Madrid. She then focused on real state and business law, first as an attorney at Euroabogados Costa Blanca and then as an in-house lawyer for Marina d’Or Group. In the field of international business law, she gained extensive experience working for several firms in import-export operations and as a foreign trade expert at the Ferrol Chamber of Commerce. She currently works as legal counsel for an industrial engineering firm.
