About the University: 
National Research University Higher School of Economics is a public university with its main campus in Moscow and regional campuses in Nizhny Novgorod, Saint Petersburg and Perm. The institution was founded in 1992, and in 2009 it was granted national research university status. The university had more than 43 thousand students registered in 2019. With more than 38 thousand FTE students and a very high research output relative to its size, it was ranked 298th by QS World University Ranking 2021.
