In my opinion, it is a difficult situation for both sides , Morocco and EU. On one hand EU could not accept all the immigrant; and on the other hand, Morocco too could not handle it because even if they offer them opportunities their wish is to go to EURope. From my point of view, EU and Morocco have to change their methods, instead of stoping them on there boarder and spending a lot of money with this. As a solution to this situation, they can use this money to help the countries of the immigrant because if they had change in their countries they won´t leave it.

In my opinion, respect to the law, to the rules is the basis of our cohabitation in such complete world. So, if illegal immigration is illegal one, we must support the Morocco government’ measures. On the other hand, modern world is an anthropocentric world; man’s life is the most value. (I understand motives of illegal immigrants. Ukrainians want to work hard and in the result - to live in normal conditions, to obtain good education, to have access to qualified medical care etc. too.) Consequently, I think, parliaments, governments (i.e., in Ukraine, Morocco) must change the legislation in the interest of their citizens. And they must work in the interest of their citizens for to prevent their desire to immigrate to the EU.

I believe that the reasons for migration today can be economic, national, political, environmental, etc. The most common causes of migration are: the desire for a better environment and quality of life; possibility of realization of the professional orientations: getting a job in another place of residence on the best conditions of payment, by a specialty and in a dreamy position; the need for a renewed life, a defined culture and knowledge; changes in the regional distribution of production, its restructuring; social and ethnic conflicts, wars; labor conflicts and conflicts in the family. A special place among the causes of migration of the population is the quality of the environment, which is an important condition that determines the quality of life and health. Numerous studies confirm the close correlation between morbidity and pollution of the natural environment and the impact of the latter on territorial displacement. Thus, Morocco and Libya, dealing with immigrants, must take a rational approach to this issue and its solution.

I am strongly convinced that migration is one of distingushing feature of modern globalized world. It exist because of humans nature to strive for better life, higher salary, better conditions of living, so people migrate from Africa to Europe, people from Europe migrate to USA and etc. It seems for me than it never have been so easy to move to another contry as is now. Second thing is than no one could guarantee that if one migrate he will be happy and sutisfied (for example a lot of migrants from Africa is low-educated due to certain circumstances, and when they came to EU they can't perform high-qualified job and get enough money). EU just can't accept all the people and provide them with workplace and place of residence. And agreements with Morocco and Libya is one of the effective ways to solwe this migration crises. Giving money for countries from which migrants come from is not a solution. Because those money will get corrupted governmemt an politicians instead of poor people. No one can help people in Africa if they don't make efforts to change domestic situations in contry and overthrow the tyrannical and corrupt regimes. But in second video one woman said that it costs 4,200 Euro for one to reach EU, and I wonder where they foud that amount of money if in some coutries people live for less 10 Dollars a day? Maybe for those who are escaping from war, suffering because of fighting border of any contry should be open, but not for those who just want to earn money. For EU it is one of the main issues to be solwed because a lot of migrants including children are dying on way through Mediterranean Sea. An I complately agree with Angela Mercel word that migration could “decide the fate of the EU”.

Compared to other purely economic topics of discussion, this problem is quite complex and contains too many uncertainties to offer the only correct way to solve it. Many of today's dominant political forces, such as the Christian Democratic Union in Germany (the party of Angela Merkel), are trying to continue to justify the economic or cultural benefits of the migrant invasion. But the fact remains: this situation worsens the welfare and safety of the local population of EU countries. Were it not for this, we would not have had the flourishing of the right-wing political parties in the EU as it is now. And according to the theory of economic nationalism, the EU is bound to worry foremost about the well-being of the domestic population. In Italy and Spain, the closest neighbors of Morocco and Libya across the Mediterranean, the unemployment rate is very high compared to other EU countries (10% in Italy and 15% in Spain). If even a large proportion of the local population is unable to find work in these countries, what is the chance that they will need African labour? In addition, the argument about the level of brutality of the border guards on the African side, voiced in the video, remains unclear. On the one hand, the unlawful violent border crossing is a cause for serious sanctions, including physical punishment in case of resistance. It is impossible to analyze each situation and find out who is wrong: border guards who exceed their authority or migrants who attempt to cross the border aggressively? One can ask the question: why Europe does not want to exert increased control on its own borders and not touch the neighbors from Africa once again? It is not necessary to rely solely on the successful work of European internal customs in solving this question due to the fact that Europe and Africa are separated by a wide strip of the sea. If migrants reach the European coast, customs will spend even more effort to bring them home. This is why European countries are trying to counteract the problem where it begins - off the coast of Africa. Therefore, no matter what, it must be acknowledged that economic incentives for North African countries to combat migration are quite a viable way. Although it does not always help to get rid of border smuggling of migrants (and therefore often money is spent for nothing). Appointing European representatives at customs at the African border may be a step towards reducing conflict, but Morocco and Libya are unlikely to agree to such a move.

Migration exists for centuries involving all the EU countries and not only, and has on one hand a social-political reason and on the other hand people looking for a wealthier life. As long as migration is legal, people do have the rights to live, work in the country they choose. In my opinion, respecting each countries law is a must. In the same time treating people badly, not respecting the human rights needs urgent agreements between all the countries. It is necessary to make the difference between the persons they really need political asylum and those who are trying to force the borders for any other reason. Here comes the financial factor who should support the expenses....? The agreements should be oriented to facilitates Legal migration.

People are always looking for a better life. However, excessive flows of migrants are detrimental to the country's development. Differences in religious outlook and universal values contribute to a worsening situation in a country where there are many migrants. I agree that it is better for developed countries to invest in the development of poorer neighboring countries under the guarantees of their governments than to spend on enhanced border protection. Poor countries are more profitable to send their migrants to richer countries because it reduces the number of dissatisfied aggressive people in their countries and provides additional income flow (wages of migrants they send to their families). Therefore, I believe that a significant number of migrants do more harm than good to the country. Migration should be legally restricted and clearly regulated but not to violate human rights.

In my opinion, migration is the biggest challenge of the EU, but also of the world. This situation of migration changes identities, multiplies diversity and is a source of varied benefits, but it is also a challenge. For Morocco and the EU, it is a difficult situation, because neither of them doesn't have good strategies for the good of the people forced to leave their countries. A solution's to invest in the development of humans, development of the countries, not in the development of pain, not in the development of borders...if we want a change.

Migration issues today are very relevant worldwide. The desire of people to improve their lives, find work, increase their well-being, get an education, provide and have a good future are natural. Of course, this issue needs to be addressed. And jointly decide the countries of the European Union and countries where there is a low standard of living, war and where the large flow of migrants to Europe comes from. It is necessary to develop a strategy for resolving this issue and develop an effective migration policy.

I believe that migration is an useful component of the international relations. But this should be done in the legal terms. I don't believe that countries where the immigrants came to work with a legal contact disagree the idea of immigrants. Not at all. For example, in Germany, in the last years, a lot of turks went to work there (talking about legal ones). Is a benefit for the both parts: the turks are working and they receive a monthly income, they have maybe a better live than in Turkey and they provide money for food, an house and the other necessary things, and the Germans can reach better jobs ( the most of turks access the job from the low and medium level of work) because hierarchically the jobs from the medium and high level can be accessed. In the same time, I totally disagree the idea of illegal migration... One of the factors for the Morocco-Spain route tis the main entry point into Europe for sub-Saharan African migrants is the geography of the two countries ( the county are close one of other, separated by the Mediterranean Sea). The access of the Morrocan to the EU can be relatively simple through Spain. Another example are the Libyans who use a route to EU through Italy. The number of those who came legal/ or illegal but without any work contract can affect the domestic politics or security of the country. Is hard to find some solutions as long as the countries ( Morocco and Libya are some poor countries and the EU is a chance for them to "survive" - but this shouldn't be an excuse). To remove some tensions and threats for the EU, the EU should adapt some transit rules to minimize the illegal tranzit from the North Africa to Europe; border police should have some specialized devices/ teams to stop the transit to the sea from one side to another.
