Anca Timofte

I am a software developer and PMI Agile Certified Practitioner with experience as a leader in multinational and multivendor environments. I have a degree in computer science from Alexandru Ioan Cuza University in Iasi (Romania), and twelve years of experience in software development, both in corporate in-house and consulting roles. At GT Motive, Mitchell Partner Company, I was introduced into Agile software development, which I have applied ever since. At Softtek, I led a large multinational and multivendor team for the financial services unit of a big American multinational conglomerate, which earned me Softtek's 'Leave a Mark' prize in 2016. Since 2018 I have worked in software development projects in the field of banking and insurance. I still believe that integrity, honesty, and respect, are essential to transcend and 'Leave a Mark' in the corporate world.
