The second semester of the Jean Monnet module on Population and Human Capital Policy in the EU has started with a discussion of the role of EU cross-border child benefits in EU Brexit negotiations. This is a topic of relevance not only forEastern countries such as Romania but also for the future of the EU as a whole.
