On 26 October at 12.00, Diego Varela will defend a habilitation thesis entitled "A political-economic analysis of European Union institutions and policy making" at the Faculty of Philosophy and Socio-Political Studies of Universitatea Alexandru Ioan Cuza din Iasi.
